Wishblade and Vista

I've contacted manufacturer (Xyron) and they say Microsoft hasn't furnished
them information needed to update driver. Is this possible or are they just
pulling the wool over my eyes?

Wishblade is a cutting system I use for cutting out ttf fonts and other
elements I use in my scrapbooking -- not a life and death issue but important
to me.
