Can't print from IE7

When I ask IE7 to print or print preview a page I get the message:

"Cannot find 'file:///D:Temp/Low/3III8J41.htm'. Make sure the path or
Internet Address is correct." (file name varies)

When I close the popup dialog, I get a second instance of IE with a blank
page.

It also appears that IE creates the 'Low' folder in the temp folder, but
leaves it empty.

Any ideas or solutions?

Problem Solved

I had changed my environment variable for the TEMP and TMP folders to
D:\Temp instead of D:\Windows\Temp. This caused the problem since IE7 seems
to have the location for writing the file hard coded but uses the environment
variable for reading it. When I changed the Temp and TMP files back to
D:\Windows\Temp, it worked again.

This used to work in XP with IE7, but not in Vista. Progress ! ! !
