Fax status disconnected

Hi,

Using Vista's "Windows Fax and Scan". I've added the server fax successfully
in "Fax Accounts", however the status is always "Disconnected".

Any ideas on how to get it to connect?
Are there any services that need to be starts for remote faxing to work?

Fax is a Windows 2000 Shared Fax Server.
