| Guest | fax and scan program does not work My Vista Ultimate machine used to work for faxing. Recently it does not work any more. In the Fax and Scan window, when I click "New Fax" to start faxing, the whole window turn grey and become inactive. The Error Massege was: Micorsoft Windows Fax and Scan has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. So far, this program is still not working. Please help! |

What make and model is the printer/multifunction device? How is it connected to the PC -- USB? |
