| | Fax stretched to landsacape unwanted I am using SBS 2003 to accept faxes. I have recently installed Window Vista Business on a few of my client machines. Certain received faxes (I have not been able to determine yet why some and not others) are aligned with the fax as a landscape type view but the data is still in portrait and strecked to fit. It's like Vista decided that this fax was shorter up and down than it was wide so it must be a landscape view. I can't print these faxes with all the info as some of the info runs of both side of the page. I can open the same fax (.tif) on a windows XP machine and it is fine. I can print it fine from that machine also. I am using Microsoft Office Picture Manager to open the file currently but I have had the same problem with any program I have used to open it-that's why I think it is a Vista issue. I have seen a few other posts regarding this issue but could not find a suggestion that will correct the issue. |
