    Using Ctl p for printing

I have just started using a new computer wth Vista Home Complete.
I was able to use CTL+p to bring up a printer box under Win XP
Under Vista nothing happens. I can go to File/print and that works, but it
is easier to use CTL+p. If I use the print icon in the toolbar the item
prints without an oportunity to change print settings.

Does anyone have an idea why CTL+p does not work under Vista

    Thanks

I 'm not sure why it doesn't work for you but it works fine in my Vista Home
Premium. I'm unaware of any settings that need to be changed.

    DJT,

Ctrl+p is application (Notepad, Word, etc) functionality, not OS (Vista)
functionality. Which application are you attempting to print from?
