What make and model of printer is it?
The default program that Vista uses to view images. I think it is image
gallery?

Sorry I can't trace that printer anywhere, not even on Kyocera
websites. Are you sure that is the correct designation? It looks more
like a group of printers.
What country are you located in?
In the lower-right corner of the window, just above the Print and Cancel
buttons is an "Options..." link. Click on that, select printer properties,
and select portrait.

It doesn't help if I change the printer properties. it still prints in
landscape. It is like it automatically chamges the print format and then does
not allow me to correct it.
