Fax add-on for Vista Home Premium

Does anyone know of a fax add-on for Vista Home Premium? I really don't
need
any of the fancy fax features. I just need what XP Home Edition offered - a
honest to goodness FAX printer . . . Please please!!!!

An alternative that should be considered is a stand-alone fax machine.
I bought mine on sale on the web for $20. It's both cheaper, and for
my purposes, more convenient.
