I had to remove Active X Control and also temporarily switch off Firewall whilst I installed it. If u having problems during installing printers (regardless add local/ network printer) "Windows cannot connect to the printer.Then, there are several methods to solve it. Method One (Editing at gpedit.msc)
To re-enable UAC, go to Control Panel | User Accounts | User Accounts and click on Turn User Account Control on or off.
