spooler crash

I have a network printer setup through a TCP/IP address. When I try to adjust
any settings in the printer I get a "Spooler SubSystem App has stopped
working" message and the spooler crashes.

This only occurs with TCP/IP printers.

Re: spooler crash

I spoke with my Canon rep and they gave me an updated driver for a digital
copier which has a RIP added to it. The standard drive doesn't allow for a
RIP so the new driver worked correctly.
