Installing Printer & "Administrator" message

New computer w/Vista Home Premium, trying to load HP psc 1350 All in One software. Message comes up that I need "Administrator" access. I am Administrator. Tried turning off UAC to load, keep getting same message. Help !

Try right clicking the setup file, and selecting "Run as Administrator".

Try right clicking on the setup or install file and select "Run as
Administrator" (run "elevated").
