| Guest | HP Printer not recognized I have a HP Deskjet 3930, and after installing my new ispiron computer, I tried to install it on Vista. It's connected through a usb port, so Vista should recognize it without having to install it, but that didnt work. I went to the HP website and ran a driver diagnostic, and it said the printer was connected and the driver was fine, but the printer doesnt show up as a printer option when i try to print. If anyone has any advise, that'd be great. Thanks! |
