Does anyone know why this automatic update will not install on my compter.
I'm running a Gateway GT5404 with 1Gig Ram, Intel Pent. 2.8 ghz with Windows
Vista Home Premium 32-bit. I've added a few things, but its basically a
store bought Best Buy right out of the box machine. The update has been
trying to install since September and it's listed as a Type: Important. Any
help would be appreciated.

If this is the same thing based on the KB number, then download it and try
to install it that way.
