| | Keep Windows from remembering password Using Vista and I have a website I visit and Windows fills in my password when I enter my login name. How can I tell Windows not to do that? I would rather enter the password myself for added security to the site. I do not have it setup in my user account. |

| | Re: Keep Windows from remembering password No need to delete the entire browsing history, and it won't do any good anyway. Passwords are not deleted that way. In IE, go to Tools:Options Click Delete... Click Delete passwords... That will delete your passwords. --- Your question may already be answered in Windows Vista Security: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/047...otectyourwi-20 "Jeffrey Randow" wrote: Quote: > I'd think you would want to do that for safety sake anyways (i.e., > clearing the cache) > --- > Jeffrey Randow > jeffreycentex@xxxxxx > Windows Networking MVP 2001-2006 > http://www.networkblog.net > > > On Mon, 12 Nov 2007 17:40:04 -0800, "MasenF" > <masenf[removethis]@gmail[dot]com> wrote: > Quote: > >1.)
