Windows Security alert...

Bottom right hand it has the red, shield looking thing with an X on it. It
bever works and is slowing the computer down on boot up. I try to turn it on
but it gives me "the security service cannot be started".. How do i get rid
of this or fix it. Thanks.

Hi Waterbug,

You will need to enable the Security Center, then turn off the Alert Warning Notification. You can then turn off (disable) the Security Center again if you want. These tutorials will show you how.
