There is this program that keeps popping up and telling me that I have a
security threat to my computer and that I need to install there software so
that I can clean out my computer. The name of the program is Anti-spyware
gold edition and anytime I try to do anything it keeps popping up I don't
even want to get on my computer anymore because it's so frustrating. Please

You've somehow managed to install a peice of rogue software that is
itself spyware.

Removal procedures here should help:

http://www.pchell.com/support/smitfraud.shtml

To find and/or deal with issues caused by any sort of "adware"
and/or "spyware," such as Gator, Comet Cursors, Xupiter, Bonzai Buddy,
or KaZaA, and their remnants, that you've deliberately (but without
understanding the consequences) installed, two products that are quite
effective (at finding and removing this type of scumware) are Ad-Aware
SE from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search & Destroy from
www.safer-networking.org/. Both have free versions. It's even possible
to use SpyBot Search & Destroy to "immunize" your system against most
future intrusions.

Additionally, manual removal instructions for the most common
varieties of scumware are available here:
