| | internet explorer blocks printing form going on a site to download a form , and when i click on view and print i get the message that internet explorer has refused downloads from this site. i have allowed all popups. -- debra |

| | RE: internet explorer blocks printing form That's a different problem. Apparently, the site is considering the form to be a download. You should be getting a yellow bar on top of the IE window. Click that and select "permit download" (or some such thing. I can't recall the exact text off the top of my head).
