Vista - NORTON 360 will not complete (freezes) installation scan

I had the smae advice from symantec services and norton still seemed to dothe
same things again and again, Im not computer savvy either and had just
brought the computer and Norton with it. On advice from other communites
readers I did change to Live Onecare and havnt had any problems of any kind
since installing there free frial period and now I have renewed my
subscription. I hope this helps a little
