Vista - User Account Password Issue - Windows Vista

Although I have selected, numerous times, NOT to use a password for two of my
users accounts, a password expiration window appears periodically. If I
don't add a password within the defined period of time indicated in the
message the user is locked out of their account. All users are defined as
administrators. Any Ideas ???

Set the accounts to "Password never expires"
