Parental Control Change Made All Non-Admin Accts Break

Mark Guest	Parental Control Change Made All Non-Admin Accts Break Had parental controls on both kid's accounts. I removed it from the older one, now all the non-admin accounts on the pc cannot get to the internet. I only changed the one account, not the other two that have been affected. Please help!
