scanregw.exe corrupted please re-install application

Getting a dialog box on startup:

c:/Windows\?dobe\scanregw.exe

File corrupted!

Please run a virus-check, then reinstall the application.

I have run a virus check & Spybot S&D. I did find a trojan and hopefully
have removed it. However this message is still coming up. I am not sure what
to do next.

Re: scanregw.exe corrupted please re-install application

This program im sure is not required for vista to function, you can remove the associated startup by searching for msconfig from the startmeu and de-selecting the entry from the startup tab.
