| | batch file calling exe file problem I am running Vista Enterprise. I created a batch file that collects information relative to the DD.exe program that I use to make a datadump of the memory. When I run the batch file, it will start the execution of the DD.exe program, however the system prompts me to enter a logon name and a password for a Vista User. I think that it has somthing to do with the new security protocols in Vista. Can anyone help with this. Thanks |

| | RE: batch file calling exe file problem DD.exe is probably marked to run as an administrator. Run the batch file from a command prompt that is running as an administrator and see if that helps. --- Your question may already be answered in Windows Vista Security: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/047...otectyourwi-20 "JPS" wrote: Quote: > I am running Vista Enterprise.
