Im having some problems with vista and IE7, it seems anything i download off
the internet off my computer will not work, Ex. Fraps will not work, but when
downloaded off of my brothers computer, and transported via flash drive, the
program works no problems at all. also Flash will not work on IE7, no matter
how hard i try.

any help with possibly disabling some security features would be awesome

sorry can't give you a solution but just wanted to say I'm having exactly
the same problem and no answers yet. Just clean installed Vista home premium
without problem. Wanted to upgrade some harware and software files via the IE
- files such as Adobe reader and messsenger seem to download but fail as soon
as I try to execute them - usually get the message "APP CRASH" in the
details, but if I make hard copy they'' usually run. It's a real pain and I
can only think its a security issue but nobody appears to ahve any solution
and I can't believe it's only a problem for just us!! If I hear anything will
post here, would appreciate it you'd do the same.
