| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Blocking the e-mail addresses of recipients when sending to multip You want to BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) your recipients. To do this in Outlook 2007 open a new message, click options then click Show BCC In Office 2003 Click the view button then BCC |

| | Re: Blocking the e-mail addresses of recipients when sending to multip Normal way is to send it to: yourself, BCC to everyone else. That doesn't answer your question on how to have the recipients name in the to:. I believe that is not possible in Vista mail. You will not be able to use Outlook Express in Vista. If you want help with Outlook Express try a XP news group. (I am pretty sure that OE also will not do what you want). I have no experience with Outlook, hopefully someone can let you know if it will do what you want. I suspect you will need a third party program for this. Please help! The normal way to do this, in *any* E-mail client, is to send the message to yourself, and include the list of recipients in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP Windows - Shell/User Please Reply to the Newsgroup |
