Boot up

Seems that now when my PC boots up a screen comes up with two icons, one with
my name and one labeled administrator. I must now click on the icon with my
name below it to finish the boot. This has not happened before, and wastes
boot up time since I am the only person that uses the PC.

How can I undo this?

The instructions at this link work for both XP and Vista:

Configure Windows to Automatically Login (MVP Ramesh) -
