| Guest | RE: Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2008 & Windows Vista SP1 This is one for Microsoft!! I have Trend Micro 2008 Pro installed on a Windows Vista Machine. It ran great for the first 2 months. Suddenly, the "Transaction Protector" toolbar disappeared. Got error messages to the effect that "unauthorized change prevention" was shut down. After corresponding with Trend Micro Tech Support & 5 emails later, I received a carbon copy of the reply sent to "larryinaz". (Read top post) Couldn't help laughing, because I NEVER installed SP1 on my vista machine! Wonder what other excuses they will offer.... -- vls |
