| | Unable to access file with new user account. WVHP. I am using quickbooks. I added a new user to the PC and am unable to access the Quickbooks Company when signed on as the new user, original user still has full access. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. TIA...Les |

If the original user was set up as the admin then you would need to go into that user account and give permission for the other user account to access anything you would have need to.
