Setting a password for the first time

I try to set a password for the first time for my one and only user.
I enter my password in the upper textbox and the memoriser for the password
in the lower textbox but windows replays that he two passwords are not the
same...
What am i missing here.

Thanks in advance for a reply

You need to enter the password twice. Either you're entering the password
incorrectly the second time or you are entering it in the Password Hint box
instead of the second box where you need to confirm the password.

Hi Ramses,

Passwords are case sensitive in Vista. You might check to make sure that you did not bump the Caps Lock key while typing in the 2nd password in the confirm line.

Hope this helps,
