| Vista Business x64 | Re: Can someone help me with windows defender. Anyone got a solution for this? I have this error message since a couple of days now. I followed the Msoft links and they suggest to uninstall/reinstall Windows Defender. However, I have no option in my software install/removal to uninstall it. And I can't download it from Msoft (it says: if you are on Vista you alrady have it, hahaha). |

| Vista Business x64 | Re: Can someone help me with windows defender. Brink, thanx for your suggestion.Alas, none of them helped. Using the "regsrv32" stuff, suggested in option 3 of the first link, resulted in 3 errors, the following modules were not found:
The "winmgt /verifyrepository" suggested in your 2nd link did not show any errors/problems. Anymore ideas/suggestsion? Thanx |
