Wireless Security

Hi,

I have vista basic on my HP Compaq laptop, Broadcom 802.11 b/g wlan and
Realtek Ethernet network card. I have Linksys WRT54GC router with WEP 128
security enabled but cannot establish a WPA or WPA2 security. My wireless
network wizard fails to connect with WPA or WPA2 and says I may need to try
with different password. I have used 8 and 26 character alphanumeric
passwords for WPA without success. I have updated the drivers under Device
Manager.

I don't know what need to be changed in the advanced settings under
properties. I am in touch my customer care of HP and Linksys but so far had
no success with WPA settings.

Any idea what can be done?

Thanks
Debanjan
