Vista - credential manager

im working in goverment and im having smalll problem that whell i want to
logon to my user its give me some error : the system could not access the
credential manager server " and " the server is not responding properly .
verify that credential manager server is properly installed on the target
i need to access can i get help from you

Hi,
are you using a desktop or a laptop?
if you are using a laptop, are you using a finger impression scanner?

Hi - I am having the same issue, and it is asking for swipe credentials on a
laptop, but it doesn't have a swipe facility! It is unable to connect to the
server when connected to the netowrk. Any ideas???
