Windows Defender and Live Care One Firewall

Can I run, or am I supposed to run Windows Defender if I am using the Live
Care One Firewall already?

No - you will find that it is disabled and One Care does its own thing.

Indeed, but we then have to believe that Bardharlock purchased One
Care
just to replace the Windows firewall, ignoring the integrated Defender
anti-spyware by switching off the anti-spyware plus anti-virus function
of One Care - maybe so.
The default action on installing OneCare is to disable Defender and the
Windows firewall.
