Windows Vista

I inserted fix it utilities 6 onto my laptop and it requested me to create a
back up disk but won't allow me to, it seems as if the laptop is frozen.HELP
ME PLEEEEZZZZZ !

You "inserted" it? What does this mean? You installed a program and now your
laptop isn't working?

Go into Safe Mode and do a System Restore to before you installed this
program. Get into Safe Mode by repeatedly tapping the F8 key as the
computer is starting up. Use your arrow key to select Safe Mode at the
menu.
