access Documents & Settings dir

I am logged on as a user that is member of Administrators but I can't access
Documents & Settings dir ...

What is going on ???

Re: access Documents & Settings dir

You cannot, as it is no longer an actual directory but a "junction point"
provided for compatibility issues. Documents are now in the "Users" folder
instead.

This is a junction pointing to
C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files

You can take a look at the "Junctions" tool to see where these
junctions point to yourself.
