Error Message when trying to login

SEC_E_ISSUING_CA_UNTRUSTED_KDC An untrusted CA was detected while processing
the domain controller certificate used for authentication. The system event
log contains additional information. Contact your system administrator.

We installed Vista on 18 computers. 7 received this error when trying to
login with the CAC card.

What can be done to fix it? I really don't want to reload the OS and still
have the same error.
