| | norton 360 hi all, my i have been useing norton 360 since i got my laptop i just recenley re installed norton360 was working for a while but now its turned off and windows firewall wont let me turn it back on can someone please help on this matter -- many thanks  Amanda |

Do yourself a favor and don't waste time troubleshooting without doing this first. |
