Vista - Where is the LocalService\Application Data\Microsoft\Protect direc

Where is the LocalService\Application Data\Microsoft\Protect direc

In Vista, where is the LocalService\Application Data\Microsoft\Protect
directory located? It looks like the entire LocalService profile was moved
to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles, but I don't see a folder for Application Data.
