Vista - Malicious Software Removal Tool missing from Dec updates

Is it just me or has the December version of MSRT yet to appear in
Microsoft Update ?
I didn't see it at the time and can't see it in the update history.
I've downloaded and run it anyway.

It was removed to correct an error. It is back now on Windows Update

Mine came in the day after the rest of the updates. I wonder if one of the
other updates is required before this month's MSRT update.
