Remember Username Resume from Sleep Vista Business 32

My system recently changed behavior after resuming from sleep. The previous behavior was my username was remembered after resume from sleep and all I had to enter was my password. Now, when resuming from sleep, I must enter my username and password.

I am on a domain, so I could have been subjected to a updated Group Policy. I do not have good access to those who control Group Policy. At about the same time, I deleted a couple of of stale domain users accounts by deleting their folders in c:\users. I now only have my user account, the Public folder, and the Administrator account in c:\users.

When I reboot, my domain\username name is remembered. But when I resume from sleep, I have to enter my username. Is it possible to control remembering username by Group Policy for Sleep Mode or can this be changed by a local administrator, which I am.
