vista security problem?

In vista I use remote control to control a computer which has virus and
spyware, will my vista be vulnerable to virus and spyware and how to avoid it?

Thanks.

You already asked this question in another thread and got a lot of good
answers. You should not attempt to clean an infected computer remotely.
Aside from the possibility that you might infect your own computer, the
infected computer needs to be off the Internet and disconnected from the
Local Area Network (if there is one). If you are trying to support a friend
or relation long distance, this will not work. The friend/relation needs to
take the machine to a shop if they can't do the cleaning themselves.
