| | Re: Error message and desktop will not display The name is probably randon, so searching for it won't find anything related. It's likely to be a virus running as a non-PNP device driver. Go to Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager. In the View Menu, select 'show hidden devices', then expand the non-Plug and Play drivers section. See if you can find it listed here. If, so, right click it and select 'uninstall', then reboot. |
