Process with all chinese letters?

I was doing some basic cleaning on my GF's computer and found a process
in msconfig that I have no idea what it is..
She is Basically computer illiterate, and has no interest in modifying
her computer, so it is almost factory status, but is paranoid about
security, so has been running spysweeper for the last year (recently
Updated to norton Internet security 2009) Included a picture of the
MSconfig window with the process, I have it disabled now.. but any hints
to what is would be nice
