Add to Ctrl Alt Del Menu

Hi,

I'm curently working on my final project for my IT course in school. What I need to do is create some sort of 'puzzle' for my classmates to solve. So what I was thinking of was adding a line, clickable or not, to the menu that pops up when you press Ctrl Alt Del. In that line I would like to have a text giving a hint or if it could be clickable opening a file to continue the puzzle.

So I was wondering, is it possible to add a line of text (clickable or not) to the Ctrl Alt Del menu?

If anyone could help me out on this by either saying that it can't be done or giving me a hint to what I need to do to accomplish this or just saying how I can do this I'd gladly appreciate it!

Re: Add to Ctrl Alt Del Menu

Instead of messing with the Ctrl Alt Del menu, you could write a program or
script and then create a shortcut to it and then assign a shortcut key to
that. You can ask in a programming group for details of how to do that.

Re: Add to Ctrl Alt Del Menu

Hmm... I did think about doing that but I thought it was a too messy method to accomplish this. Besides the windows built-in menu looks nice enough.

As for the programming, I can do that myself, I know how to, but being able to set a hotkey for the combination of Ctrl+Alt+Del isn't allowed by windows, so I'll have to mess with _IsPresses() functions.

Anyways, thanks for your help with clearing me up on this =)
