Strange security audit events

I have lots of the following messages in Windows Event Log:

Log Name: Security
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Security-Auditing
Date: 10/13/06 09:38:00

Task Category: Other System Events
Level: Information
Keywords: Audit Failure
User: N/A
Computer: dd-X60s
Description:
Windows Firewall was unable to notify the user that it blocked an
application from accepting incoming connections on the network.
