If you want something free then you could try the free version of AVG or Avast. The links other posters have provided refer to 'Morro' the replacement for OneCare which was a separate application from Microsoft. OneCare itself was never very popular, hence its swift removal. I haven't seen Morro so I can't comment, but I gather it will be free.
