A Program on my computer

My PS CS4 text button wont work. Does it have something to do with a security Issue? when i click iot it says program not responding and i have to close it, can someone Help?

It sounds like it it starting but crashing when it launches. You can try
reinstalling the app and see if it fixes things. I am sure that Photoshop
CS4 is compatible with Vista, so you shouldn't need to run it in
compatibility mode or anything.
