| | Live OneCAre doesn't like Quickbooks Pro 2009 Every couple hours Live OneCare's icon changes from green GOOD to yellow FAIR. It then reports the "PC problem needing fix" as a stalled printer queue. Digging a little deeper reveals the printer queue that is jammed is Quickbooks 2009 Pro's "Quickbook PDF Converter." I can let OneCare "fix" the problem and the icon turns green, but three or four hours later the printer queue error returns. Is there a known problem between Quickbook and OneCare? Or does anyone have an idea what I might do to further troubleshoot this problem? |

| | Re: Live OneCAre doesn't like Quickbooks Pro 2009 As I understand it MS is or has dumped development of Live OneCare, allthough they are still taking subscriptions for it, so it would seem that if there is a bug / problem it aint going to be fixed "woodp" <woodp@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:C2FC8DB8-A11A-4068-87A5-BC655E52082B@xxxxxx Quote: > Every couple hours Live OneCare's icon changes from green GOOD to yellow > FAIR.
