It means that you have bad drivers and/or bad hardware. There is no way to
know which it is from your post. Provide computer specs and the answer to:

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

Re: Blue Screens Vista Ultimate X64

Now I understand. I think the problem is being caused by my joystick driver, because after the restart when the blue screen appeared, it showed: Driver successfully installed and ready to use, but it was alredy installed before and i was using it for a while. But i'm in dude because the discription of the two problems are different. What informations should I provide to you so than you can help me?

If you think the joystick driver is the culprit, uninstall it completely and
then reinstall it. Use current Vista drivers downloaded from the joystick
mftr.'s website.

Re: Blue Screens Vista Ultimate X64

The problem is that the driver is plug and play.

This is really not a security issue. Check with the joystick mftr.'s website
to see how to install their hardware in Vista or post in the games
newsgroup where you'll be more likely to run into people with the same
problem.
