Create a Log On Message

I am trying to create a log on message that users see when they log onto my
laptop running Vista RC1 - but can't find out how. In XP it was easy (with
the help of XPtuner) but on Vista - nothing... Anyone help me?

Re: Create a Log On Message

This can be done via Group Policy.
gpedit.msc then expand > Computer Configuration > Windows Settings >
Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options . In the right-hand
pane double-click on > Interactive Logon: Message text for users attempting
to log on and Interactive Logon: Message title for users attempting to log
on.
