If there is no entry in the Programs and Features section of the Control Panel then use the removal tool. If there IS an uninstall entry in the Control Panel then I recommend using Revo Uninstaller (freeware) since it will get the bits that the typical uninstall will leave behind. |

| Vista Ultimate SP2/Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: McAfee Posts appearing out of order means one of you has a system clock that is incorrectly set, either time or timezone-wise, or both. The McAfee removal tool previously linked will remove it, provided it was a home product, as against Small Business or Enterprise. |

| Vista Home Premium 32bit SP2 | What is the best way to remove McAfee Security Suite that came pre-installed on my system? (McAfee shows up in Control Panel -- Programs & Features). 1) First go to Control Panel -- Programs & Features and choose "uninstall", then follow that up by running the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)? 2) Just use the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)? 3) Just use Revo Uninstaller? |
